The use of energy modalities, like Reiki and Greater Conscious energies, are known as “energy methods” and appear to have promising mental, spiritual, and physical benefits. Although, they have yet to be fully researched by the Western academic, medical, and psychological communities and therefore, are considered experimental. The energy methods are self-regulated, and they are considered “alternative” or “complementary” to the healing arts that are licensed in the United States.

Although the services and meditations presented on this website are viewed as non-invasive interventions into the body's energy system, they do release energetic blocks you have had within your body. As with any such service that works with your body’s system, like massage, acupuncture, cupping to name a few, it does release toxins in your physical body. To assist the toxins in being flushed out, you must drink more water. In the event you begin to feel nauseous, that will be an indicator that you are not drinking enough water to flush the toxins out of your body. Although this is not typical, some may experience an emotional response or physical reaction as the energy begins to flow freely within your body. It is also possible that a condition such as a cold/flu or any other issue that was underlying in your system appears. This is mere coincidence and due to the energy work. While such reactions should be noted and common-sense assessments made, they often indicate that the procedures are working, and benefits will persist after the discomfort has passed in as little as 24 to 48 hours.
